Oops, looks like the page is affiliate marketing websites philippines. This is not a fault, just an accident that was not intentional.
The things you need and a few tips on how to start an affiliate marketing business in the Philippines. The affiliate marketing industry in the Philippines is still in its infancy. This is understandable since Filipinos are still very wary about purchasing goods online. With that said, local businesses are also wary about taking their wares online. Why take your goods online if there isn’t a market for it? It will just be a matter of time before Filipinos will fully embrace this web-based business culture. In the mean time, while you wait for this to happen, don’t forget that the global affiliate marketing industry is as robust as ever.
This is why I’ve created this small guide. In this affiliate marketing guide, I aim to show you how I earn from affiliate marketing. In this guide, I’m going to only show you the things that worked for me. I’m not going to mention a strategy or tool, or resource if I hadn’t tried it myself. Also, I’m going to assume that you are a total newbie in affiliate marketing. So if you already know the basics, you can skip to the latter parts of this guide. Do you feel like no matter how hard you try — you never seem to make money online?
Are you tired of being a slave to your alarm clock? How I Got Started I discovered affiliate marketing in early 2009. During that time, I just recently left my job at a call center company. If you are familiar with the employment opportunities in the Philippines, then you know that call center companies are among the top employers in the country. To cut the story short, I left my call center job and went looking for a job preferably as an accountant or marketer.
Several resume submissions later, nothing seemed to be happening. Nobody seemed to be interested in hiring me. One Sunday evening, while watching a late night television news program, a segment in the show went into detail about the growing number of Filipinos working as freelancers on the internet. I thought about the so-called thousands of Filipino workers earning their incomes online. So I searched for blogs and forums that discuss online jobs in the Philippines. That’s where I discovered that majority of Filipino online freelancers work as writers, editors, proofreaders, graphic designers, and virtual assistants.
So looking at the choices, I ran with writing because, well, I love writing. Among the most common topics that clients ask me to write are about online marketing, making money online, doing businesses online, etc. This was where I got introduced to the idea of affiliate marketing. In doing research for my writing assignments, I kept learning more about these different ways on how to earn an income from the internet. The one that interested me the most is affiliate marketing. The business model for affiliate marketing is just very interesting.
I’m not saying that affiliate marketing is making me rich. I’m far from being rich to be honest. But I’ve found ways on how to consistently generate substantial income through it. It has now become my main source of income. I’m also not claiming that I’m an expert in this thing. What I’m going to show to you in this article are the strategies that I used and found to be effective.
